I was missing part of my order from when I ordered Uber eats. The manager gave me a fake name and refused to help fix my order. Got a call back from customer service when I complained and was in the process of getting a free meal to makeup for what happened and the phone lost service. Never received a call back.

I was trying to place an online order for pick up and your site kept declining my card. I went inside to place the order and my card was accepted I was not able to use my 20% off promo and besides the hassel online I still had to wait 20 min. For my order. I tried calling and i didnt get anything but an automated message that didnt resolve anything and when i tried to complain online it would let me fill out the city and state so i was not able to submit my complaint there. I tried to buy a gift card inside and the cashier wouldn't let me. IHOP seems to not want to deal with customer issues

No one was a the station to sit you down and no one came to take our order

Thursday, March 5, 2020 we went to I hop 114 E 21th Street, Norfolk, Va 23517 about 10:00 P.M. No one was at the Station to sit us down, therefore, my husband went to the Kitchen and asked was anyone going to show us a seat.

Someone said yes, but after 25 minutes passed we still had no service so we decided to leave. There were four other people standing waiting for someone to sit them down also. No one came and they left also. The restaurant was not crowed.

Maybe six tables with people sitting and eating. I really do not see why they were so slow, not even to stop to sit any one down to a seat. On Saturday, February 22, 2020 we went to I hop around 9:30 P.M. we stood up waiting to be seated about 15 minutes but they finally sit us down and took our order.

There were only a few people sitting down being served.

Why does it take them so long to get you seated. We have been going to I hop for years however, this location is ridiculous.

First of all recently (16 hours ago) I had posted a Google Review about the IHOP located at Legends Road in Myrtle Beach but Google Reviews didn't post it, so I am adding the Google Review here. I had deleted the Google Review because Google didn't post it and I had decided to add the review to this website.

Here is my Google Review about IHOP 100 Legends Rd, Myrtle Beach, SC:

I don't recommend dining here on 3rd shift because the omelettes and side order of buttermilk pancakes are over priced and employees forget to cook customers orders.

I was charged around $12.00 for an omelette and they charge $3.00 if you choose pancakes for one of the side items. Oh yeah and the cook didn't add sour cream to my omelette.

An employee forgot to cook my girlfriend's omelette so she had to wait for her omelette while I was eating my food. So one omelette, one side item (3 buttermilk pancakes) and no sour cream on my omelette is $15.00 Waste of money.

I won't be coming back here. Maybe if the rude customers standing inside the restaurant near the dining room kitchen entry don't talk to employees while they are cooking food they won't forget to cook customers orders.

Don't go

I took my granddaughter for breakfast Saturday the 22nd of February. My granddaughter had recently gotten retainer for her teeth. She took them out to eat and wrapped them in a napkin. We left and totally forgot the retainers. She was in tears and called the restaurant about an hour later. They told her the GM wasn't in till afternoon they'd call her. I told her to try around 3PM to check. When she did they got nasty and and told her to stop bugging them that the GM said we couldn't look through the trash. She was beyond heartbroken. She is 16 and was u poo set and I feel they were very rude and disrespectful because of her age. Because of this I will not be back to your restaurant. I was a regular customer at the one in Harrisonburg, VA. If this is how people are treated your people have alot to learn about customer service. Her mother even tried to talk to them and they didn't care what she had to say. The manager kept our receipt.

Avoid at All Costs

Location: Browns Hill Road, Pittsburgh PA 15217 The place was only about half full when we, a party of 5 arrived. The hostess barely acknowledged us, then grabbed menus and started walking away without telling us to follow her. We were sat at a table covered in syrup and then waited 20 minutes until we flagged down a busboy and asked if he could find our server. Another five minutes pass and we order our food and drinks all at once. It takes 15 minutes for our drinks. A milkshake was almost completely melted. Another 30 minutes go by without our server even walking by to see if we needed refills. When she finally did, all she did was tap the table and say our food would be right out - without actually stopping. Our food was then ran by an expo to us. Three orders of over easy eggs were all undercooked, but it was honestly less of a hassle to just let it be since our server never stopped back to ask us how our food was until 15 minutes after we were done eating. The whole think took two hours. For eggs and pancakes. The manager was waiting tables, not checking on any others than the few he was taking care of, ignoring the rest of the guests even when the table beside us raised their hands to try to get someone to their table. He looked as disinterested and disorganized as the rest of his staff. We over heard other tables complaining and saw other tables sitting waiting the same amount of time to be served. It seemed like some of the servers could handle it and others couldn't. I've visitied before and not had great experiences but this was so bad I will never visit or recommend ihop to anyone. Ever.

70 year old male... ordered a waffle, two strips of bacon and coffee. never looked at the menu; got the bill and had to laugh....$8 for small cold waffle served on a cold plate, Bacon was factory pre cooked micro thin and cold, asked for hot syrup but by the time it was served.the top of the syrup had coagulated cold. Long wait time. Manger never came out to customers but did peek out on occasion. Not very busy but a lot of interaction between servers and staff (employees having a great time joking and BSing ). I have been in food service for decades, serving thousands at different locations and this had to be the perfect example of how to fail.. How does it survive??? Easy..... major Interstate in the middle of TX, Hillsborough that is not worried about return customers.. Corporate image....not what I would desire!
