The service was very slow which was expected because it was a Sunday afternoon. Most employees had their mask down, the servers carried the food and drinks against their clothes, our milkshakes had some type or hair or fabric fibers in them, my daughters pancakes had some hard plastic or something in them, they didnt put cheese on our eggs like we ordered ( the did bring more eggs) some of my daughters food came 10 minutes before any of mine, they didnt bring my pancakes or my daughters hashbrowns until we were ready to leave.

The manager charged us the the food and drinks that had stuff in it a seemed frustrated for my complaint.

It was our birthday and I just wanted a nice lunch. Today we ordered breakfast at 7:20 am and its 9:36 and its still not here.
