The IHOP customer service representative I spoke to when I called was extremely professional and understanding. She asked appropriate questions to understand my complaint thoroughly.

The manager/general manager did reach out to me after receiving my complaint and offered to make it 'right' if I visited this location again. He also apologized for the poor service I had received.

Hi, I came to eat at this location Friday night and my server's name was Chad. He was a very nice gentleman who carried himself very professionally when serving me and the other table that he had in the back with a man and a woman.

While eating, I overheard the couple ask for his manager because they wanted to tell them how great his service was to them and they liked the way he had served them several times that they have visited. They were church-going people who stated they always observed the way he carried himself as a server and helped his customers. He just smiled, told them thank you, and said, 'I appreciate that but not everyone sees the good in me. But thank you so much.' So I called him over after he was done with them to speak with him as well and let him know when I saw him, I thought his approach was very welcoming.

He got my drinks quickly; I actually ordered twice that night from the happy hour menu. But I was doing some work related things on my laptop on the table right next to the kitchen. They might remember me because my white truck was parked sideways in the lot because I had a vehicle I was towing behind me. Anyhow, I told Mr.

Chad that I was going to do a review on him because I agreed with what the couple had said. I know it must feel like no one cares when you do good, but always remember the things you've done wrong in this business. However, I wanted him to know that he did an outstanding job and I would be back. The other couple wanted to speak directly to the manager, but they were not available at the time and had left for the day.

He seems to be here each time I've eaten here and I must say, his great character has been the same, unlike some of the other servers who we have observed offering bad customer service and ignoring the fact that we're standing, waiting to be served.

I just want to tell him thanks again for his good service while we were here. Thank you sincerely, Johnny Crane.

I have a complaint

When the server took our order he threw down PLASTIC EATING utensils I observed every one else had metal silverware when he brought our food I told him we wont silverware like everyone else he said it was all in the dishwasher I observed people that came in after us got silent then he somehow found us silverware their were people near us who were very loud disruptive extremely loud the food was not very good either I feel like we were discriminated against the restaurant in question is in olive branch Mississippi my wife and I will never forget the terrible experience we had there and will tell all of our friends that also I have a picture of the receipt if you need it I asked a lady cleaning off the dirty dishes if she could bring us some silverware she couldnt even speak ENGLISH!!! How can a business employ people who cant speak English??? This was at IHOP in olive branch Mississippi
