Me and my family of 5 went in, and we waited for about 30 minutes to get our food order taken and someone else brought food and kept switching waitresses our main server was Alexandra and could not get the other she seemed to be a manager and did not bring condiments had to ask for syrup for pancakes and only got about 4 packets of ketchup for a table of 5. We waited after eating for about 45 minutes than had to the bus girl ask for check.
And then our "server" had the nerve to come back and ask if everything was ok. This bill was almost $60 and the service was horrible for something that should have taken maybe an hour took almost 2. And then we were wrong to change. And then Alexandra was not knowledgeable on prices.
Then only got 2 refills and were charged full priced for 2 kids sodas. And had to ask for refills when cups were empty. People were in and out before us.
And the location was not busy once so ever with about 10 people working and maybe 6 tables in total. Got there at 720pm and did not leave until 915pm had dishes piling on the table that were left unnoticed as well as other tables that had not been cleaned before we got there.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
