Location is the store number 5500 my name is John Gonsalves. 201-961-****. I need to speak with someone in reference to bad customer service I was here on Sunday I walked in at six minutes after three in the afternoon was informed by one of the servers at the register that the store shut down at four and I needed to leave they were going to be unable to expedite my service due to other customers waiting I stayed outside and approximately watched four tables retaken after I was waiting outside I walked back in at about 3:50 explain to a gentleman who I am assuming was responsible for the shift and told him I was pulling my reservation for 4 oclock being that they closed at four and I understood but unfortunately Im not excepting the fact that the IHOPs in my location and Im calling and talking to you from New Jersey they go above and beyond.
That would be the IHOP in Hackettstown and the IHOP in Succasunna/Ledgewood Im a palled that Allentown Pennsylvania they were so insipid and not understanding good customer service so please have someone call me in reference to this issue I would like to talk to somebody being that I am an upper management myself Im a regional director for Walmart and I do travel through different states I appreciate your time and energy in this matter Im looking forward to hearing. What timely manner if not I will reach back out to you by Wednesday if I dont hear from you guys by then I appreciate your time again and your energy expediting this problem
