After having blood work done at Randolph AFB TX arriving at your IHOP at 9:45, waited to be seated from some one from the kitchen area, we were seated at 9:50am. After ordering we waited and waited for our food, At 10:10AM I informed the waitress my wife had a Dr"s appointment at 11:00 am at Ft Sam and what"s taking so long for our food The food arrived at 10:12am.
My food was a burito and was so dry I opened it and only ate the insides which was luke warm at best; My wife had the Strawberry/cream crepes. Look very good however the strawberries we very soft and mushey as she gave them for to me to eat. It has been over a year since we had visited an IHOP and now I know why.
The food was the reason and continues to be the reason. Thank You.
