Hello, last night I went to an IHOP location to pick up an order, and I was disturbed to see how my food was completely raw. I have proof of the order placement and a picture of the food. Thought you guys should be aware that this should not be tolerated. IHOP should be able to provide great food service at all times. I will be leaving a review for that location as well as hoping to contact the manager of that store as my family and I were annoyed that we had to pay for food that wasn't even cooked.

Horrible experience

I ordered online to pick up at duarte ihop, I had an hour of waiting, when I arrived for my food it was not ready yet, I waited 20 more minutes because I stopped by a cafe, I gave them a place for my food to be ready, and when I arrived neither They knew about my order. I asked for my order to be canceled because my order was not ready yet, they ruined my morning very badly I served my apologies.

Went to the ihop on center point, N Charleston. I waited 1 hour and a half for pancakes and when I ask for a refund because NO ONE CAME TO THE FRONT FOR AT LEAST 30 min, I was refuse a refund several times . At this point I will be contacting a lawye

Charge in question

Charge of 21.88 that I dont recognize. Im being charged again on bank statements as 25.88 which I believe is the same charge on card without a date!!!

Never get what I pay for

The IHOP in Thomasville Georgia is a waste of time and money. Each time we've ordered take out, our food looks thrown together and nothing close to what you see on the menu. Not to mention items missing from the order. We have decided to stop going to this IHOP and go to Waffle House instead. At least there food is good and the presentation is the same as what's on their menu.

User's recommendation: Hire people who can prepare what you advertise.

Disappointed

I've been a server for a long time at least 10 years plus I don't see why girls have their hair down in people's food you carry the drinks against your shirt which is nasty the food should not be on top of the other food and they shouldn't put their fingers on the food when you grab a cup you hold the bottom not the top of it cuz that is disgusting they have touched everything money other tables no eye contact no customer service skills and I'm sorry but you're not supposed to ask if you want your change if they leave their change that's different... This was in San Angelo Texas but in all of the restaurants it should be like that

Treated poorly

This was in naples florida the old lady in front was complaining in front of customers why people dont sleep in on Saturdays was talking bad about the kitchen was so behind told me to wait 10 minutes 30 went by a couple comes in that was friends she let's them go before me and said said custermer preferred if u dont like you can leave I never been treated that way in restaurant she is damaging the image of IHOP. So I left went somewhere else .

Went in to the ihope on i35 in moore oklahoma was in there for about 15 mins seemed like 15 min for sure i was wait for my friend to get inside i walked all threw the restaurant yelling is anyone there after so long a young black guy wearing a red shirt came from the back not from the bathroom but the other side were the bus boy or kitcheb staff can walk out but he came out tucking his shirt in and buckling his pants table where all dirty i eveb recorded a video in the building showing i couldnt find anyone

I canceled the order and want my refund please

I still have not gotten my money back for an order I placed and canceled on 5/27 I spoke to management about it and was told that it was taken cared of, but it has not I was still charged $17.81 When can I expect my money?

Worst IHOP ever.

This place is disgusting! Tables dirty service terrible. People are walking out because of not getting waited on and there is 4 servers and 5 tables.

False covid protocols

We requested seating, at a location that was over half empty due to covid restrictions. Yet we were forced to wait in a crowded lobby with no masks and no social distancing. What is the difference if we sat down and ate or wait in a crowded lobby. Adjust your policies according to CDC. Your a backwards company !

Order messed up, m awww nsger had me wziting 20 min to speak with her.

Well, long story short, iHOP on 2026 W Craig Rd. Manager leilani. IHOP messed up our order, it took 4 times, an hour later and a GM Desiree to get our order right. LEILANI the Store Manager was the worst. She was complaining to another person about me and everyone in the waiting room heard her including my husband, so identified himself as such, she just walked away. That's when Desiree came to the rescue.

User's recommendation: If Leilani is still the Manager, I would not set foot in that store. You lead by example and I dont believe she is a good influence on her employees.
