I will only respond to commenters who directly address a specific point(s) which has been made in the video.

Wow... and not in a good way unfortunately!

Go there to satisfy your curiosity maybe. One of the 2 female servers who works closing shifts, saw me walk in at around 8:30 pm when they close at 10 pm. She gave me a belittling smile while saying, "Oh god... you gotta be out of here by 9:30" and then she turned around.

I replied with, "good evening, [name]. Nice to see you too." She ignored me and kept her back facing me.

The next time I came in, she gave me crap for arriving at around 8:50 pm. She got pissed off and didn't hide it that I'm someone who could arrive between 8 and 8:30 pm and still not be walking out of there until sometime between 9:45 and 10 pm. How dare I, right?

Maybe because I order 3 dishes and eat slowly because it's more comfortable and healthier. My right.

She wanted me out by 9:30 so I couldn't possibly prevent her from leaving as early as she could. Kitchen closes at 9:30, she can cash out at 9:30 and... if there's any customers left in the place preventing her from leaving, it better not be me!

Wow... again.

I had told her that she was acting like someone who didn't enjoy her job very much. Her response, "I love my job! You're the only one I don't like." Can totally tell that she loves her job with how quick she was to deny it and her eagerness to leave as early as the system can allow.

She called me rude and condescending and stated that I need to show more respect.

I mentioned the respect I show by proactively offering to pay before 9:30 pm so the cash out can happen ASAP. She gave an insulting whoop-dee-doo response to that. Well, I could easily have been rude and condescending towards her a few times when I was in the process of defending myself. It was retaliatory.

There's other restaurants that I frequent and I get along great with all the servers.

No other server has treated me (bullied me) like that.

Not one! Not even close.

Forget her being transferred or being put on another shift, this server needs to be fired! She has no business working with customers and I say that as a former server myself.

I hope you have left reviews on google, yelp and tripadvisor. You can also say something on Ihop's corporate facebook page.

By the way, this site is a public forum, so you may have some trolls to come along and make insulting remarks. There are a couple here with multiple accounts who love to make inappropriate comments.

The fact that you want her fired when you or the OP was rude first shows how DISGUSTING you are. If the OP cing home and crying to his mom and having her change his diaper.

annot take what he dishes like a man he should stay at home and have his mom cook for him. He can take as long as he needs. It saves the embarrassment of him go Telling someone that they are wrong is NOT TROLLING GROW UP.

This person needs to be insulted. Just because people disagree with the customer does not mean they have multiple accounts.

Complaint about ruined clothes from the restroom

Today is my birthday! We just stopby at ihop 1431 us route north burnswick nj us 08902-**** i went to the restroom and your lady cleaning the other room of the bathroom and she threw a chemical ( clorox) all over the flooring and it ruined my new pants sweater and blouse.

We are from newyprk and we are going to virginia! The manager took 20 mins to came out and only the ladies are coming back and fort. And just they said can i get my your name and celphone!

Thats the only eric gonzales told me and he said the manager rick will call me back as soon as possible but they didnt call me for 30 mins now! Ypur services sucks!

First off, this complaint is full of typos. Second, why the outrage for the employee asking for your name and phone number?

What would you have liked for him to do or ask? Finally, you are upset because it has been 30 whole minutes and no one has called you? Calm down and give it a little more time.

The manager may have other calls and important tasks to complete before he calls you. He may also need to speak to the cleaning person first.

Food was improperly packaged. One of the items had plastic mixed with the food, and the other had a piece of hair wrapped in the saran wrap when they wrapped the food. No one answered the phone when I tried to call and speak with someone.

What was going to happen over the phone? The obvious thing to do would to have been to repack everything and return it immediately.

Maybe they are lying. You can easily get pictures off the internet and claim that was how your food was prepared. But, you are right, The only way to get a refund is if they RETURN THE FOOD.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The GM called me and apologized.

He listened to my concerns for future reference on speaking to his staff on being apologetic and listening. This was an issue that could have been resolved before I left the restaurant that day.

The IHOP customer service representative I spoke to when I called was extremely professional and understanding. She asked appropriate questions to understand my complaint thoroughly.

The manager/general manager did reach out to me after receiving my complaint and offered to make it 'right' if I visited this location again. He also apologized for the poor service I had received.

The website give different information concerning birthday's. I spoke with the Manager on duty , HIS explanation was not supporting what they advised on line.

However I called the corporate office , I was giving the correct information and yes they made good on what the app indicated. Also because of the misunderstanding The Beatiful employee Taylor did future investigation and provided me the information that needed to get my free me for my birthday today 3/6

My husband and I went out for breakfast and expected so much more from a restaurant we've been to on numerous occasions. The young female server took over 25 minutes to get our initial order.

She threw creamers down on the table after we asked for additional ones. When it was time to check out, the server was nowhere to be found. She was chatting with a group at another booth, skipping through the back aisle near the kitchen and I couldn't even wave her down. My husband tried to wave her down and finally a completely different server was kind enough to take care of us so we could finally leave after waiting another 20 minutes just trying to get her attention.

In summary - not returning to this location.

By the way, IHop website is a mess and their survey link does not work! Frustrated.

I ordered ham and cheese omelet with toast and hash browns the Omelet had maybe 10 to 15 little square pieces of ham around outside of omelet, the hash browns were so burnt on one side I had to scrap it off and the outside edges of toast was as hard as rock with inside soft like its supposed to be. Had coffee with it and bill was around 25 cents short of being $20.00 dollars. Only reason I went there was for an Omelet, next time I want break feast I'll go to Cracker Barrel.

I sat at IHOP patiently waiting for water and butter. I was able to secure water from another waiter other than the one who initially took my order.

My pancakes finally arrived and I asked for butter.

This became a challenge for the waiter as I observed him visiting the kitchen multiple times to retrieve items and take them to other customers.

I had to ask for mgr. meanwhile my breakfast is getting cold.

I eventually raised my voice to request butter from mgr and was ignored.

The waiter came close to my table without butter, then proceeded to scream, holler and insult me telling me to get out

Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior directed towards me.

I was told they were remaking my food

It never came!

I sat at the table with butter and no meal.

The mgr refused to give her name

Im still hungry because I never got my food!

I make a great hourly wage & I wasted 45 minutes to an hour with no satisfaction just hostile treatment.

I intend to share this horrible and disgusting experience everywhere I can.

I was made to feel invisible because of age senior discrimination

I went to the Ihop in Pooler, I was in line behind two other Veterans and the young lady working behind the counter cursed loud all around us and said You all will be eating your food to go because I'm not serving you at the tables *** this shit.she went in the kitchen area cursing about the day being a FU_____d up, and that it was her birthday. The men she was talking to joined in the conversation.

The two other veterans just sat with their heads down shaking.

I left when she gave us our bags to go, I thought about my experiences in wartime and I tossed that stuff in the trash. I will never take me or my family there ever again.

Got fired for calli g in to go to the hospital

i got fired from ihop in kings land Georgia after calling in 3 hours before i had to go to work and this is my 2nd time i ever called out everyone calls in most do nocall no show im the only night cook i clean prep cook and all the above noone complains when i work but the day i need to go to the hospital i get fired because the manager that gets paid salary don't want to work tonight and that's what he gets paid for just like i get paid for everything i do there is a lot of people that work there that has called in Many times or no call no show and this is my second time calling in for as long as i worked there this is not right i make sure i do my job and the kitchen is spotless when i work
