Spoke with Emily White the General Manager of the IHOP location at 125 N. Stewart in Liberty, Missouri about the incident on Saturday, May 22, 2021, and asked her if she was aware of it and her first comment was yes, and I took care of the refund this morning when I arrived in the store.
Emily stated it was an online order that was placed at 9:15 pm and was picked up at 9:30 pm which is the standard time for online orders to be ready, and I advised her that was not the incident I was speaking of and that I was speaking about the order that was placed in the at 9:24 pm by Alyssa D.
She then stated oh yeah she did take care of that customer also and that customer had the police called on her, and she was no longer allowed in the restaurant because she was demanding her money back, harassing the customers, and yelling down the isles at customers and staff who were carrying bank on them, It was clear that Emily was not telling the truth and there were several other upset customers in this restaurant that stated they would be calling the corporate office to complain about their service and the unprofessional manners of the management staff. weren care toand
User's recommendation: Do not support this place of business until their management staff has been trained to be more professional and the cooking staff have been trained properly on how to cook the food to make the orders correct for all customers.

IHOP Cons: Inexcusably long waits for everything, Poor management skills, Unprofessional attitudes.
